Jenifer
Jenifer is the creative force behind every KJW property. With a sharp eye for interior design and an obsession with the details guests actually feel — the weight of the duvet, the warmth of the lighting, the perfect coffee setup — she transforms each space into something that's distinctly its own.
Her philosophy is simple: a well-designed room doesn't just look good, it makes you exhale the moment you walk in. Jenifer personally sources furnishings, selects color palettes, and styles every property to feel warm, intentional, and completely livable.
Kevin
Kevin is the adventurer of the two — always on the hunt for spaces with character. He has an instinct for finding properties that stand apart from the crowd: a waterfront home with a sunset that stops you in your tracks, a courtyard villa with architecture that tells a story, a studio with bones worth showing off.
His belief is that no two stays should feel the same. Every KJW property reflects a distinct personality, neighborhood, and atmosphere — because Kevin thinks cookie-cutter is the enemy of a truly memorable trip.
